For example, we went to top up the polish on an office floor we look after. The polish is resistant to very strong chemistry, but the regular cleaners managed to strip off almost all of the polish. They claimed to be an environmentally friendly cleaning company, but they were using extremely corrosive chemicals. Sometimes “Green” is just an advertising gimmick.
What can you do to make sure your choice of company is truly environmentally friendly? Do your research. Look at the reviews and ask them what they use. Are their chemicals approved by recognised authorities? By doing these simple things, we can help keep our families, staff and the environment a little bit safer.
